More than a year has passed since I began to develop the idea of the Webocracy. An alternate political system based on novel 'policy ladders' and 'Parsamanity', The Dragon Needs Wings' brief overview of Webocracy surely felt like an Idealist's fever dream - which it may well have been. After all, who could truly believe that the world could be governed by a massively decentralised populace?

Faced with a slew of incessant questions, it became critical that I properly define and discuss this notion of my creation. What is the Webocracy, and why choose it above democracy? This report I have attached below explores these very questions, taking you on an in-depth analysis and depiction of the structure of Webocratic institutions. It also discusses arguments against the ideal of democracy - and not only its reality.

I hope this report helps you further understand the Webocracy and discuss it. Thank you for reading this report.
